What Happens After You Opt Out

• Your phone number is added to our internal Do Not Contact list
• All future calls and text messages to your number will stop
• If you opted out via text (STOP), the change takes effect immediately
• If you used the form or called, the change takes effect within 24 hours
• We do not share, sell, or distribute your phone number

Note: Opting out of our communications does not affect the foreclosure or tax deed proceeding on your property. The auction will proceed on its scheduled date regardless. If you need help, we encourage you to reach out before the auction takes place.
