Information Collected Automatically

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program — TCPA & CTIA

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our Get Help form, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from My Unclaimed Estate (Wolfe Recovery Group LLC) about your property situation and, where you separately opt in, recurring automated appointment confirmations and reminders.

  • Message frequency varies based on your situation.
  • Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the text messages we send.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • Providing consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • You can also opt out by calling 1-866-401-5151 or using our Do Not Contact page.

Opt-out requests sent by replying STOP are processed immediately. All other opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information — including your phone number and SMS consent — with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing under any circumstances.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business (for example, phone and messaging carriers and data hosting) solely to deliver our services to you, and only to the extent needed to do so. Text-messaging originators/aggregators are used to transmit your messages and do not receive your information for their own marketing.

  • Professionals you authorize (attorneys, real estate agents) as part of resolving your situation, only with your consent

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
