These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Unclaimed Estate website at myunclaimedestate.com ("Website") and our related services. By using our Website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

My Unclaimed Estate is a service of Wolfe Recovery Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Cook Islands International Limited Liability Company (No. 16544/2026) with a registered office at T&F Chambers, Nikao, Avarua, Rarotonga, Cook Islands.

1. Services Description

We work with families on Florida property that was left behind when an owner died and the estate was never settled. Our services include:

Reading the public record to work out who the law would expect to hold an interest in a property
Contacting those people to explain what we found, at no cost and with no obligation
Retaining and paying a probate attorney, and paying the court costs, filing fees, recording fees and title expenses needed to establish the estate's interest
Where something is about to be lost, paying delinquent taxes or association assessments to stop a sale

We acquire interests in property. We are a private company, not a charity and not a law firm. Where a family chooses to proceed, we or an affiliated entity acquire an interest in the property, and that is how we are paid. The specific terms are set out in a written agreement, explained to you in full, and given to you to read — with your own attorney if you want one — before you sign anything.

Whether any particular person holds an interest in a particular property is determined by the records and, where it comes to that, by a court. We do not decide it and we cannot promise it.

2. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this Website or in our communications constitutes legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. The information we provide is for general informational purposes only. We recommend consulting with a licensed attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Every property situation is unique, and results depend on individual circumstances including but not limited to the type of proceeding, timeline, lender cooperation, and applicable law. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Fees and Payment

You are not charged anything. There is no consultation fee, no retainer, no filing fee, no administrative charge, and nothing owed at the end. We do not ask you for money, a deposit, or your bank details at any point. If someone claiming to be us asks you for a payment, it is not us — call us on the number at the top of this page and tell us.

The costs of establishing an estate's interest — attorney fees, court costs, filing, recording and title expenses — are paid by us. If the work does not succeed, those costs remain ours. We are compensated only out of the interest we acquire, on the terms set out in the written agreement you sign.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

By checking the applicable consent box on our Get Help form and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from the My Unclaimed Estate program, operated by Wolfe Recovery Group LLC, about your property situation and—where you separately opt in—recurring automated appointment confirmations and reminders. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Communications Consent
